Recently Google announced it was going to detect websites that have login pages that are not protected by SSL and mark those sites as 'not secure' in search engine results. We have noticed this is already occurring now and is also showing in Chrome.

Recently, Google has made an official announcement that as of April 21 2015, they will now use 'mobile compatibility' as a ranking signal. This is very important news as Google rarely informs the public what their ranking signals are. Furthermore, Google have said that after April 21, they will penalise sites that do not have a 'mobile compatibility' and users searching on mobile devices will no longer see these sites. After 12 months of research and testing we are pleased to announce that all new website we develop are now being done using a technique called 'CSS Layout'.
For many, many years, websites have been developed in a certain way using a technique called 'tables' to lay the design of websites out. A few years ago, Tableless CSS started becoming used more and more as a new way to code the layout of websites. Only in recent times have all the browsers (especially Internet Explorer 7.0) been able to support CSS to an extent that makes it a viable technique for wide spread use properly.

Where is your domain name registered? Many people will register their domain name and forget where they register it or register it under an email address that they no longer use. When the domain then comes up for renewal (every year or couple of years), the domain registrar can not contact the owner and the domain then expires.
If this happens, you will only notice this when all of the sudden your website and email accounts are no longer working. It is then a frantic rush to find where your domain is registered, try and retrieve passwords, make the payment then wait up to 48 hours for the domain to become active again.
